My wife, Trisha, and I have called McLean County our home for most of our adult lives. I began buying real estate back in 1992, and started Dowd Properties, a real estate rental company with single and multi family properties, in 2005. I earned my real estate license in 2006 and have been helping buyers and sellers ever since. I also actively invest in real estate and love helping other investors purchase rentals.
In 2016, I opened my own office and began managing rental properties for other investors. Owning a real estate rental company has helped me appreciate what both buyers and sellers are looking for in a stress free move.
We welcomed our son, Mason, into the world in June, 2009. Our family continues to thrive in McLean County.
I am actively involved as a member of the McLean County Chamber of Commerce and the Bloomington Moose Lodge. The Moose Lodge is an organization that focuses on helping children.
